After logging in a blue screen with Setting up your device for work might pop up. If the screen runs for more than 20 minutes user needs to do a ctrl + Alt + Del sign out, then sign back in. The blue screen should not show up again.
Note: If user leaves the computer on the blue screen it will not finish.
Note: Forcing the computer down and then back up will not fix the issue. The blue screen will still show up preventing user from using the computer.
