1. In your web browser of choice, navigate to portal.office.com and sign in with your Lakeland College account.
2. In the top right, click the profile circle button, followed by ‘View account’.
3. On the upper left side of the screen, click ‘Overview’ followed by ‘Security info’.
4. If MFA is set up on your account, you will be prompted to approve the sign in using either the Authenticator app, a text, or a phone call. Approve the sign in with your preferred method.
5. Once the sign in is approved, you will be able to see the Authenticator, phone, and email address associated with MFA on your account.
